My youngest son will be turning 3 years old 3 days into our stay at WDW. I wasn't sure if I would need to buy a park pass for him even though he was 2 at check-in.
I think you will be fine if he is 2 at checkin. I took my son for his BD when he turned 10. Since he was 9 at checkin, I was able to still get the kids pass price.
I was wondering the same exact thing. We're going on a 9 day trip but we're going to DL and not WDW. Our DD will turn 3 on day #4. I asked the same question on the DL board and they pretty much said that I was trying to cheat the system. I felt bad about them saying that since that's not what I was trying to do. I've read on this board in the past that as long as your child is 2 at check-in, then they were considered 2 in the eyes of Disney until they left. We are going to go with the thought that we MAY have to buy her a ticket, but only if someone says anything about it. Good luck on your decision. And have fun in the world!!
check that well. Just tell them he is 2 and I don't think they will question. We even celebrated my son's 3 year old birthday on the 6 th day of our trip and we did not pay for the buffet because his real birthday is in 1.5 weeks from now.
