Park Pass/Annual Pass/Dining Plan questions

Hello everyone,

I have a trip booked for October on the tail of the free dining plan promo. My daughter has just turned three but my son is only one so they said he couldn't be on the dining plan unless we upped his age and claimed him as being three. So we did that but that of course means we have to buy him passes as well. Now here's the rub and where I need the knowledgeable help from y'all. I am assuming that they won't care when we get to the park gates that he's booked in at the resort and restaurants as being three. And our plan is that we've just booked one day passes that we intend on upgrading to annual passes once we arrive. However, I clearly don't want to or need to get my one year old (faked as three) an annual pass so I was hoping to pay to add on the no expiration onto just his one day pass for use when he actually does reach over the age of three. Will this work? Will they need us all to upgrade to non-expiring passes as a group? Or will we be able to do just the one and annual pass upgrade the rest???

Thanks for the help!
