park opening/rope drop/ arrival

I understand that rope drop is not necessarily simulataneous with posted park opening.

For each park, on a 9am posted opening time, non emh morning day, what time is rope drope and what time do you arrive to be at the front of the pack? My trip is in Sept so lower than average expected crowd levels. Thanks

We were there last month and if posted time was 9am, rd was 8:45,. We typically arrived around 8:15....

Yes, 8:15AM would be a good target arrival time for a posted 9AM opening.

However, most guests don't have the ability to control their arrival time precisely,
so it's better to leave your resort even earlier than you think.

At WDW, it's better to arrive far too early than to arrive one minute too late.
