Park Merchandise help

My DW saw a wallet/clutch at WDW that she regrets not buying. Over the years I've seen numerous posts about a phone number that you can call and describe the item and they can send it to you. I've spent 20 minutes trying to look back and use the search function with no luck. I can't find the same item on the Disney website. Does anyone happen to know the number? TIA.

I'm not sure what the number is, but there is a new app you can download for free that sells only Disney Parks merchandise...it has a much wider variety than on the Disney Store website. I believe it is called Shop Disney Parks. Good luck with your search!
