we are arrving on august 22 - which is a sunday - and staying a week... we will arrive in the evening and are renting a house with some other family... not sure which parks we will visit exactly but looking for your suggestions -

pretty sure it's a disney only trip and not likely to buy more than a 4-day hopper plus pass...

travelling with children ages 3, 7, 9, 10 & 12 yrs old.... the 10 & 12 yr old will be going to disneyquest w/ their fathers only as no one else is interested... aside from that - we'd like to do things together....

what days are best for which parks? in what order? should we relax on monday... we'll be driving from delray after a family wedding on the prior saturday night... that is, skip the parks and hang out in a beautiful rental before starting the parks on tuesday?

thanks for your ideas!

If your are arriving late Sunday than it might be a good idea to make Monday the relax, groceries, and Disney quest Day.
Tuesday -MK definatley.
Wednesday-MGM and fantasmic.
Thursday- water park because you will have stayed up late.
Friday-Epcot
Saturday- Ak then back to MK to see wishes and cap off the week.
Just a suggestion.

Since you cant use early entry, avoid going to the parks on days that they have it because they also tend to be the most crowded.

From there, we tend to build our plans around hard to get priority seatings. MK on the day we get CRT.......

Do a waterpark in the first half of your trip because alot of people find they want to go back later in their stay.
