They’ve started to make updates for the week of 4/25 - similar to last week when we saw a couple of parks update first, and then the others caught up. I’ll wait to see if additional changes are made in the next 30 minutes or so before I update the first post.

I feel like the times have been extended very far out. Late May shows MK 8-9, and DHS 9-8. Epcot and AK look the same?

Great catch! I was only looking at the week of 4/25 and didn’t notice that, but they’ve been extended all the way to 6/26 for MK and HS. When I go to select calendar dates now, the dates are blue all the way into October now, even though there are no hours posted for those dates. I thought they had previously only been blue/clickable for 60 days out. This will be interesting to keep watching...

I think Epcot is moving to a regular 10pm close! The park hopper hours have been updated but the regular hours haven't caught up yet.

This might be difficult to judge. Previously they were only doing 1 week at a time and the new adrs were dropped a few days later, but with them updating all hours, they’ll either add new adrs really soon or it could take several more days. I’d either stalk the app or sign up for updates from touring plans.

I hate to give you a non-answer as an answer, but it could be any time now. In the past few weeks some folks have noticed reservations for some parks (especially DHS) open up on Saturday morning, others have seen other parks' ADRs become available on Tuesday morning around 5:45am.

I second the recommendation from @GBRforWDW to set up a TouringPlans alert for the ones highest on your list. You'll usually see people post here, in the SWGE subforum, or over on the Restaurants board when they notice new availability.

We are going the end of May and earlier this morning when I looked, AK was 9am, now it says 8am

They haven't extended hours this far out before (post-reopening, anyway), so I don't know if they'll add all new dining in at the same time, or only for a few weeks - but, as posted above, I would recommend looking pretty continuously for the next several days. Setting a TP Reservation Finder alert will tell you if anything becomes available in between the times you're able to check.

So how far has dining been updated? I was hoping they would add a week at a time so I can get a heads up rather than obsessively checking for the next couple of days (DH has Oga as a must do once and DD wants BOG).

That experience is common when there is only one reservation available due to someone else's cancellation, unless you're holding your phone when you get the text and you can sign in immediately. However, if Disney drops several hours' worth of ADRs over multiple days or weeks, I think you'll be okay as long as you're not just seeing the text hours later.

So far, hours have been extended one week at a time and in-park ADRs have been released a few days later for that one week during the extended hours. I have no way of predicting whether Disney will continue to update in-park ADRs one week at a time, or if we will soon see over a month's worth of new in-park ADRs. Last week I saw people pick up both Oga's and BOG on Tuesday morning following the update to park hours. In previous weeks I saw them pick up Oga's on Saturday morning. If the ADRs are super important to you, I recommend checking availability every morning.
