I've just been on the US WDW website for the first time since it's been altered to check park hours. However I can't find any place that shows park hours except for the next 10 days. I'm hoping that it's just me being thick and someone is going to come on here and tell me that I've just been looking in the wrong place! :upsidedow So am I looking in the wrong place, is there still a place to check park hours for the next few months?

TIA

You can find the hours by selecting one of the parks. This will open a information page about the park itself and in the list of information about the park, towards the bottom of the page, is a link to Calanders

Thanks for the info. :goodvibes I finally managed to find it. :thumbsup2

It is amazing, isn't it, that when Disney's website (which is already far from user-friendly) has a feature that is useful, they think they have to 'improve' it by making it almost impossible to find? The previous Calendar gave you a quick, easy, at-a-glance guide to the hours and main showtimes; now you have to click on EVERY date at EVERY park to find out the showtimes and see what there is to offer. So, instead of 4 clicks; you now need to do 120 per month.

Way to make it simple, Disney. NOT.

PS: With all their new, fancy flash-imagery, it now takes 4 times as long for each page to load. In which time you can grow very old. It really seems there is NO thought for the end user when they do things like this; in fact, the end user seems to be the very LAST consideration here. It is all done so some smart tech guy can impress his superiors (and keep himself in work by changing things that don't need to be changed). Can you tell I'm ticked off by this BS?

PPS: Try finding any times (or any mention) of Fantasmic on the all-new, all-signing, all-dancing February Calendar for the Studios park. Don't bother, I'll save you the (considerable) time. It's not there. There's NO mention of the main entertainment item for that park anywhere this month. Apparently, it doesn't exist (even though we know that it does). That means the exciting Daily Schedule for Disney's Hollywood Studios this month reads as follows (every day):

9am Park opens.
3pm Black Party Bash
7pm Park closes.

Thrilling, huh?

Ye gods - sometimes you wonder how this company stays in business.

Simon, I'm going to send you some Cadburys chocolate-you're sounding very stressed. I agree by the way! As an obsessive planner I'm disappointed the park hours are only 3 months in advance too!:surfweb:

:happytv: Too freakin funny. You, my friend, have hit the nail on the head. I was thinking the same thing but couldn't write it as eloquently.
Thank you.

when using, sorry, trying to us the new website, I got one of those survey popups. Now I never complete on line surveys but give jutst how unbleiveably bad the website is I did complete this one. However even the online survey was tedious.

Many, many people enjoy the planning preparation for the holiday, almost as a temporary 'fix' until the real thing. This year the planning has been very troublesome because of the Disney cutbacks, resulting in changes to park hours, events, shows/fireworks etc. Then they reduce publication of hours and ADR's to 90 days, and support that with a website (thier shop window) which does not work.

Apparently, Disney have said they're aware of the problems with the park hours/showtimes calendar, and have said they are trying to fix this issue. But they will only be providing up to 4 months' of the calendar in future.
