Park hours November 15th

On the website it says CA is open At 10. On the app it says it opens at 9 next Tuesday. Does anyone know for sure?

I'm looking at the website and see it opens at 9.

Maybe you were looking at next Wednesday? Right now that's the day I see DCA showing with a 10 AM open.

Hmm. It says 9 on the website now. Yesterday morning it definitely said 10. I noticed it and then later in the day the friend I was helping to plan mentioned it was inconsistent as well. Or perhaps we are both going crazy! Thanks guys!
