Hi!

Can anyone tell me what the park hours are like in Jan? I know they are limited and MK closes early. Also, do they offer e-nights at all?

I'm very intrested in planning for Jan because of low crowds and cooler temps. (My DH complains abouts lines and heat)

We'll be going with DD's almost 4 and 20 months at the time. I'm intrested in any ideas for after park hours. Does DTD (marketplace) have seasonal hours too?

Thanks!!

;)

We went last January for our first time ever and it was awesome!

The lines were SO short - the most was for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, which was about 30 minutes maybe, but just get a fast pass for it!

Sunday: MGM 9AM to 7PM
Monday: EPCOT F. World 9AM to 7PM; W. Showcase 11AM to 9PM
Tuesday: Magic Kingdowm 9AM to 6:30PM

If you go to the Disney website around December the calendar should be up. I know that MK times switched as well as what parades and whatnot was happening.

I tired to pick days that would give us the most time and most parades and stuff!

But yeah going in January was GREAT! It was nippy the first two days but the last day it was pretty warm!

We went in January a few years ago. The had an E-night during our stay, but we had done so much in the parks during the day - we didn't go!

hi- we have gone in jan 3 times- the lines are super short- especially mon thru wed- in 2003 we went 1/15 to 1/21- MK closed at 6 but it was okay as we got on everything we no waiting time, MGM closed at 5

we were there when the marathon was going on and MK was crowded due to this- but not unbearable- although the day of the marathon it was MK early entry - they would only let the runners and their famlies in early- so we didn't want to wait around for another hour and ended up going to epcott- we walked on every ride- even test track!!

i really do enjoy going in jan due to the short lines and the hotel discounts- the only problem is that you never know what the weather will be like- it ranged between 40's to 70 while we were there- we have many pics of us in our coats and ear muffs

2003 jan had no e- nite- but i don't really think you need one anyhow- no waiting!!

we are going for the first time in the summer, (july) so i am trying to psyche myself up for the crowds, lines and hot weather

but its disney- ya gotta have fun no matter what!!
