Park Hours & Crowd in March/April

We are going to Disney the last week of March, first week of April - we usually go in May so this is new to us. We have a few questions that hopefully someone can answer:
1) How crowded are the parks?
2) Does anyone know if the park hours will be good?
3) Does anyone remember if there was an e-ride night last March/April?
4) How is the weather?

I will be watching for the replies on this for we are also May-trippers that are going during Easter. I have been told by many on the boards to go early, leave the park for lunch, and go back to the parks for the evening festivities, which is pretty much what we do anyway. Other than that, all we can do is relax, go with flow and enjoy the fact that we can be there at all, and to not let the crowds get us down....after all, we ARE on vacation!! Boy, I'll sure miss the Flower and Garden Festival this year!

Hello, I don't know if this'll help, but under the DISNEY RESORTS listings, there is a thread called "who's going in April" and it doesn't look like there's a ton of people( at least on the boards) that are going the first week in April. Maybe they know something that we don't
I've heard the week befor/after Easter are REALLY bad, but I'm hoping not! As far as E-ride nights I've not seen anything and I'm watching, so if you hear something before I do, please let me know. Mrch park hours just came out the other day and I think I saw a link of the DIS homepage. Hope this helps!!!
