Park hour question for MGM

My wife brought up a good question and I was not sure how to answer this. I know that the hours they post for July are not etched in stone. At what time frame do they become permanent hours and not change or don't they ever become permanent? The reason why is the days we are going to be at MGM one day which was July 13 and 14th they have 2 showing of Fantasmic. I would like to have my scheduled arranged to be at MGM when there is 2 showing to catch the second show. The 14th is out because that is e-night at the Magic Kingdom. Any feedback will be appreciated.

It's not etched in stone. They may add hours or add shows but never take away. I don't think they ever become permanent. I've heard that they have added a second Fantasmic at the last minute before because crowds were heavier than expected. But I would doubt it will happen that week in July.
