We spent a week at WDW last January and have planned to make this an annual thing for hubby and me now that our kids are out of HS. This year I have a condo at WBC for Jan 23-30 (Sat to Sat). Hubby specifically requested we do Universal with a DAH at MK during our stay (I did that as a girl's trip this time last year - it was amazing!).
USF has only posted hours out until October, which I get; it's a brave new world after all. Same with WDW. I know there was a rumor of USF only being open Wed-Sun for the fall, which did not materialize. Any rumors of this happening in Jan? I know WDW was full of South / Central American visitors last January, but I don't know how travel restrictions will look this year. I know that the DAH event is unlikely to be happening by then; we are fine with buying a day ticket to MK if the crowd levels stay low (dh really wants to ride 7DMT).
We have already booked flights and the condo, and I don't want to have to change, but if we need to, the earlier the better. It would be easier if we were driving, but dh says his old bones are tired of driving to FL and since it's only the two of us, he'd rather fly.
