If we start our day st IOA and then go to VB, do we need to move our car to the VB area of the lot? Can we easily get to VB buses without doing this?

If you had a bag of stuff you wanted to bring to VB, would you bring to IOA/USO and put in all day locker or would find the car and then board the VB bus? I was there the other day by not really sure which is the better option. Want to waste less time. Also, are their lockers outside the park entrance? And I think we will start at IOA but may end up s USO. Can I get between them out front easily? TIA for any advice.
