Park Hopping to HS after Epcot Close?

So with today's change of hours for May DH and I are seriously considering Taking advantage of the late EMH at HS after a Dinner and Illuminations at Epcot. After Illuminations will we be able to take the International Gateway exit and hop on a ferry and head to Hollywood Studios?

Also Can someone tell me what to expect with wait times at TSM during a late EMH?

2. Consider that "everyone" (without a preschool child) in DHS for purpose of riding attractions during the two hours of PM EMH will be there for THREE attractions: TSM, RnRC and ToT.
