Hi, what would be the fastest way to hop from these? We don't have a car.

HS to Epcot
Epcot to MK - thinking monorail?
AK to MK

Direct buses run between all parks, except MK/Epcot where monorails run instead.

No, but it depends where you want your first activity in Epcot to be. If World Showcase, take the boat. If toward the front of Future World, take the bus.

No, the bus would be faster, unless you had an extraordinarily long wait for the bus. You're looking at a walk around 2 miles long.

If you want to pay, Uber/Lyft would save some of the waiting time for the bus, but the travel time would be the same. Except at MK, where they could only drop you at TTC or CR.

If you want to spend a lot of money, Minnie Vans can take you directly to the MK bus stop or pick you up there, but I don't know how much time they'd save over the monorail from Epcot.

It's not 2 miles, it's a little under a mile. It takes about 20 minutes. 30 if you're very slow

Per Google Maps, DHS front gate to Spaceship Earth is 1.6 mi. That includes the "pool shortcut", does not include the detour thru the temporary bus loop.

Is walking from HS to Epcot faster than bus? We want to be at Future World

IMO, if you're all able-bodied and its not stifling hot out, the walk may be slightly shorter than if you took the bus, assuming you'd have to wait for a bus. Entering through IG also saves you a few minutes at bag check and the tapstyles since the IG is not as busy of an entrance.
