Is it possible for our entire party to enter Disneyland in the morning, then at some point send a runner with all the park passes over to DCA to get fast passes for the entire group. Or, does the entire group need to hop over to DCA before all the passes would work to get fast passes in DCA. Hope this make sense, and thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

As long as everyone has been scanned in at one park, you are fine. Doesn't have to be the park you are getting passes in. That's how I remember it working anyway.

Yep, you're good to send a runner over to DCA as long as everyone has scanned into DL.

Yep, we did this a few times every day - we watched FP return times and tried to get later afternoon/evening FP at whichever park we weren't at...so when we were at DL, my husband ran over to DCA when TOT return time was about 5pm, and then back when RSR return time was about 6pm, etc. We hadn't really taken advantage of that before (two kids were 40" this time, as opposed to just one) but we felt like we were super super efficient this time and got a lot done. With park hopping plus rider switch, my kids were able to ride RSR twice each day we were there.

You betcha you can do this......This is why we always get hopper tickets as we like to take advantage of FP any chance we get.
