I have a six day ticket with the park hopper plus option. Can any of you experts explain the water park admission? Does it count as one day of ticket use or can we have a seventh day at BB/TL? This is not my first rodeo, but I am SOOOOO confused about this type of ticket.

Thanks!

You have 6 days of park admission AND 6 days of water park, mini golf etc admissions. They are separate.

If you use the "plus" entitlements on different days from your regular park days, you could have 6 park days and 6 waterpark days.
Edit: so you could get 12 days out of that 6 day ticket.

But, if you go to a waterpark on the same day you go to a regular park, then you have used a park day and a waterpark entitlement in one day.

These are our favorite tickets!! They usually expire 10 days after first use, whether at at WP, mini golf or one of the main parks. The exception is the military AFS Hopper Plus, they are good all year.

It's easy to visit BB and do a round of mini golf at Winter/Summerland because they are right next to each other. Great way to use two Plus visits on a non-park day.

Have so much fun!!

You have six water park tickets in addition ot six days of park tickets. I believe you have 10 or 14 days total to use your tickets. You could go to the parks on Monday, the parks and a water park on Tuesday - you have used two days of parks, four remaining, and one day of water parks, 5 remaining. Hope that helps.

Don't forget that you can also play mini golf 6 times...

I literally have wasted these tickets on past trips. This year, I will be planning relaxing days at the water park!

Just to clarify this - 6 day park hopper plus tickets are good for 10 days from first date of use. So you cannot get 12 days of use out of them - but you CAN visit the water parks BOTH on days you visit the theme parks and on your off days because the water park entitlements are separate from the theme park entitlements.

The only time you could get more than ten days out of a 6 day ticket is if you are staying at an onsite resort for more than 10 days. In that case, tickets are good for your length of stay at an onsite resort.

No.t anymore. A 6-day PH+ ticket is only good for 10 days from the ticket start date.

Theme park entries are "days" while the plus options are "entries" -- and you have 6 of each. If you want to maximize all 6 "plus" options (water parks, mini-golf, ESPN WWoS or Oak Trail) - you may use multiple plus options on the same day, or use a plus option and a regular theme park entry on the same day.

Enjoy your vacation!

The only exception to that is with onsite stays longer than the normal valid dates of the ticket (so if the OP was staying onsite for 14 days their tickets are valid for 14 days). The Disney policy states that tickets are good for the length of valid dates OR length of stay, whichever is longer.

You (all) are an amazing font of knowledge. So for a July 6 five night with 6 day park hopper plus, I can extend the use of the ticket through July 16?

We have five nights booked at AKL (hello free dining). I will extend the trip three extra nights at the swan. So if I’m interpreting this correctly, we can use the park days and extra entitlements through the entire trip. That would give me a longer trip to get better fast passes as well!!
