Park hopper discount for point renters?

For those of you who have rented points to non DVC members, I am wondering about the Ultimate Park Hopper Discounts. Do you know if when you have rented points to non DVC'ers if they have been able to get the 10% discount off of the Ultimate Park Hoppers?

They generally have but it cannot be guaranteed to a renter. DVC does not generally enforce the rule that says renters don't get the benefits.
