Park hopper and adding WPF&M

We bought my son a 7day PH but now I'm thinking we should have also added the WPF&M. Can we still do this at Disney for the low upgrade price?

Also, what is the cost of a waterpark AP?

It can be upgraded. Best is to use for at least one theme park admission, then do the upgrade. His ticket should be worth 408.96, upgraded ticket is 436.65. Additional cost should be 27.69, including tax.

Water park AP is 110.76.
