I am going on my Hineymoon in the last part of march. Me and DH plan to spen four days at WDW, one for each park , but we were wondering would it be better to get the tickets with or with out the PH option? Neither one of us have ever been to WDW and are totally excited! What do you guys think?

I also thought this would ba a good place to place your pros and cons list for anyone else whi might be haveing this problem..

~~~~~~~~17 more days Untill my HINEYMOON!!!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In your case, you might want to get a hopper just in case you decide to go back to a certain park for dinner. Just another idea!
My vote is to definitely go for the park hopper pass. What if you are at Magic Kingdom all day and you want to have dinner at Epcot? This is just one reason, but I know when I was there in December, we didn't have to think twice to have the freedom of traveling from here to there...where ever we felt like going at the time.
I would not even consider not getting it!
First of all congratulations on your marriage.
Neither of you have ever been to WDW. You will probably not be able to take in all the parks have to offer in one day each. For that reason I'd suggest the hopper option. You may find you really enjoy one park over another. Hopping gives you the option of spending part of a day one place then trying something new.
Also, your post says you are leaving in 17 days. That will put you there over Easter weekend. The parks will be mobbed, you very well may want to jump to a less crowded park in the middle of your day - or if you are staying on site you may wish to hop to Evening Magic Hours park.
In general if you go frequently, go off season, or are going for an extended period of time - hopping may not be necessary. But it does not appear any of these apply in your case - I would suggest the extra money is well spent given the flexibility it will provide you. Hop away.
Well..........since you are going on your "hineymoon"......will you have any free time TO park hop? :rotfl:
I'd definitely suggest the park hopper and maybe even the plus so you can go to a water park for part of the day and then the magic kingdom at night to see the fireworks. I always go for park hopper if I'm there for more than a day or two as you don't have to worry about a thing.
Go and enjoy yourself but most of all Congratulations!
Add me to the "hopping" list. We find that we enjoy everything much better if we take a small break in the afternoon - particularly during seasons of high temperature or humidity. As n00bies, you're also likely to be overwhelmed by the parks - talk about sensory overload - so leaving one, even to go to another, will help keep you sane....
Congrats!
I like to park hop, but then again I've been a million zillion times and this is your first time. You would probably be fine without it. I like leaving my options open, so if I were to buy MYW tickets I would definitely add the park hopper option. What if you go to the MK and it's crazy crowded and you're exhausted by it by 2:00, but you still want to play in the parks. What if you finish up the Animal Kingdom by 3:00 one day and you want to see Illuminations that night? Options are good. The only con to park hopping is it takes time to get from place to place...it can be exhausting. Depends on where you're hopping to and from. If you have to ride around on a bus, then you'll be exhausted. If you are talking about MGM to Epcot...that's an easy hop!
Im definitely a fan of hopping
if for no other reason than if you goto one park and find out its very crowded that day, you have the option of going to another
I also like the option of hopping to epcot for food whenever I want
Congrats!
Another big fan of park hopping here. I like the option of being able to switch for whatever reason. Crowds, weather, food, missed attractions and events and so on.
Myst
Personally, I never even consider NOT park hopping.
It gives us much more control over what we want to do. Typically AK closes much earlier than MK. We can spend the day at AK and hit MK in the evening.
There are many benefits to park hopping. But it's a matter of personal preference.
Definitely Park Hop! You will not feel constrained to be at a certain park. This will free you up to see whatever you wish, whenever you wish! And hey, congrats! :cool1:
