Park Guest Service Open?

Does anyone know when the guest services inside the parks open on a typical day? I have a PS before the park opens our first day there, and would like to pick up a birthday button before breakfast. Thanks.

Guest Relations is open any time there are guests in the park. The second they start letting guests in for PS, Guest Relations is open.

You don't have to pick up the button inside the park, though ... you can stop at Guest Relations before you hit the turnstiles. They'll have buttons there as well.
