Where at Disney can I find Park Guest Relations booths to turn in our military vouchers to get into the parks? Only inside MK, or TTC? I'm assuming I need to do this? My tickets were bought at ITR and it mentions something to this effect on the back. I don't know, though, because I do have magic bands, and they are linked to MDE as well as the voucher numbers put into MDE. Or if I've already managed to link them, does this mean it's good for entry? Are these booths open before parks open and are lines long? I just hope we are able to make use of getting to the park at opening to actually start rides rather than stand in guest relations lines.

What are the hours for guest relations at the parks? Is it just operating hours, or do they open a bit early? We're going to arrive at our one-night room only reservation too late at night to make it to DTD, but we didn't want to have to waste the time to check into our "real" resort before going to the parks - we were just going to let the first resort transfer our bags and check in when we go back to the new resort in the afternoon.

You can only go to Guest Relations at DTD without first entering a park. All of the others are inside the parks after the point of admission. If you are staying on property, check with your concierge first. If not, consider calling Disney and speak with someone in IT who can look at your MDE and see what exactly needs to be done.

FYI...My previous experience with military tickets was buying them at Disney from the Transportation and Ticket Center. The military member had to be present and show ID.

Each theme park has a Guest Relations facility outside its gates and also just-inside the gate. Park Guest Relations outside the park gates open at least 30 min before park opening (if not more).

If you have vouchers, I presume you have the Armed Forces Salute (AFS) tickets, which do require activation prior to actual use. To answer your question specifically, you can take them to either the ticket booths at TTC or MK Guest Relations to the right of the MK entrance. If you're at DTD prior to your park visits, there is a Guest Relations facility near Ghiradelli's (in the Marketplace section) and one outside DisneyQuest (on the West Side). DTD Guest Relations facilities are open until 11pm, & 11:30 Fri-Sat.

The military service member (or spouse) will have to appear in person, with military ID and base info. For each individual receiving tickets from the military member's allotment, Disney needs the name, address, city, state, zip, home phone (not sure about minors). So have those ready.

When we bought our MNSSHP tickets last year, we did so at the TTC ticket booths. I had to show spouse military ID. So I'm pretty sure they can handle your AFS tickets. The map below shows MK's entry area. The small, white "i" in the light blue box marks Guest Relations. Notice one outside MK to the right, and one inside MK to the left, at City Hall.

At MK it is after bag check, before the tap styles to the left of the stroller/wheelchair rental. At AK it is to the left side of the ticket windows or you can just go to the ticket windows (DS did this). Not sure about front gate at Epcot but at IG you can either got to the ticket booth to the right or guest relations to the left, just before bag check (this is the easiest one to go to, hardly ever a line but best to go to the guest relations one, DS did this as well). Don't remember where it is a HS.

Outside the parks, there will be a Guest Relations and/or ticket booth (both can do pretty much the same things for guests) approximately thirty minutes before GUESTS are admitted. That includes for early breakfasts and Extra Magic Hours.

So...
On days when the regular opening time is 9:00AM, there will be a Guest Relations and/or ticket booth open outside that park as early as about 7:30AM.

On days when the Extra Magic Hours opening time is 8:00AM, there will be a Guest Relations and/or ticket booth open outside that park as early as about 7:30AM.

On days when the regular opening time is 8:00AM, there will be a Guest Relations and/or ticket booth open outside that park as early as about 6:30AM.

You can use the ticket booths/guest relations outside the parks! No worries, you don't need to trek to DTD. You just can't do it at a resort.
