Park closing hours - Friday/Saturday?

We are going in June and I noticed that the Magic Kingdom is open Sunday through Thursday until 1:00AM but on Friday and Saturday closes at 11:00PM. I looked at another week in June and it appeared to be the same way. Does anyone know why they would close earlier on the weekends? I would think they would be the nights when the park would open longer, especially for local guests.

It could be Grad Nights? I don't know if they still do them or not.

In the case of Sunday, it is because they offer EMH on Sunday evenings. So the park closes at the same time as the rest of the week (1 am) but they can publicize the extra two-hour benefit for on-site guests.
