Park Bus to another Park

Can you get a bus from one park to another park? Or do you have to take a bus from a park to a resort and get a bus to another park.

MK to Epcot:monorail to TTC then transfer to Epcot monorail
MK to DHS:bus
MK to AK:bus

Epcot to MK:monorail to TTC then transfer to MK monorail
Epcot to DHS: bus from from of Epcot or walk or boat from the Epcot International Gateway entrance to DHS
Epcot to AK: bus

DHS to MK:bus
DHS to Epcot: bus to the front of Epcot or walk or boat to Epcot's International Gateway entrance
DHS to AK: bus

AK to MK: bus
AK to Epcot: bus
AK to DHS: bus

Thank you, all the times I have been to Disney world I never thought about taking a bus from one park to another park just went back to a resort. Would like to try 4 parks in one day. I have done 3 in one day with DH and DS.
