Park Bakeries

How late do the bakeries in the parks stay open? Would the baked goods still be good if taken to go for breakfast the next morning? Do they even bake them during the day or would it just be better to get them in the mornings to ensure their freshness?

The Kringla and Pâtisserie in Epcot don't open until 11AM so you'd have to get their yummy pastries the night before and I think they close when IllumiNations begins. Last fall on EMH night Kringla stayed open until the end, but the Pâtisserie closed a little earlier.

Starring Rolls at DHS closes early - someplace around 3 or 4.

I think Main Street Bakery in the MK is open as long as the stores on Main Street.

No idea about Kusafari Bakery in AK.

We've had pastries from the Epcot bakeries for breakfast the next morning and they were delicious.

the main street bakery in the magic kingdom is still open as the park is closing. Even if it's evening extra magic hours! Many times have I waited at 1 a.m. while my DH gets his cinnamon roll for breakfast. Boardwalk bakery usually closes at 11 p.m. and opens (i think) at 7 a.m. Starring Rolls at MGM does close quite early, 3 p.m. or so. World Showcase bakeries - not sure about Kringla in Norway, but guaranteed that the Patisserie shuts down exactly at closing time, before the fireworks start. We never stick around Animal Kingdom late, so I can't say about them. Everything is baked fresh daily at all bakeries. Everything we have taken back to our hotel for breakfast the next morning has always been fine (especially those doggoned cinnamon rolls)

We make a special trip to the Boardwalk Bakery every trip to pick up pasteries and treats for the following mornings breakfast and have never been disappointed by lack of freshness.
