hello all!
This is my family's first trip in four years and we will be there on my parents 32nd anniversary. When we went before I was able to add a note to the dinner reservation about any special occasions but I don't see a place for that now. We will be at BOG followed by wishes dessert party on the anniversary. How do I make sure the cm's know about this special occasion?
Thanks

My suggestion is calling the reservation line and talk to them. I know this isn't quite the same but last September my parents and I took a big birthday trip since we are all September babies. I handled some of the reservations for things. My dad wanted to do Hoop De Doo for his birthday. I made those ressies over the phone just to make sure I could pass on it was a special occasion. Now I also had a custom cake made by the Contemporary Bakery and delivered to the dinner so in the end I had to talk to them. After that thought I'm a firm believer in going over the phone for situations like that!

Yep, give them a call & ask to put the special request on the reservation.

You can call anytime. I would ask them to put it on all your reservations for the whole trip. I did that with my parents 50th anniversary a couple years ago. Most places don't do anything, but for the couple that did it was worth it. Also get them Anniversary Buttons to wear.

I would also remind the CM who checks you in at your resort. They should give your parents buttons to wear on the trip. You can also mention it when checking in for your ADRs.
