Please post if you do talk to a supervisor - I'm anxious to hear what they have to say. I already warned my DD that she might not be able to do, or I will just have bite the bullet and pay for me to go along - this makes me upset that they would allow you to book it and wait til we get on board to do anything about it

I don't understand why you would be upset. If you read the information regarding the excursion, it states that no one under the age of 13 can parasail without an adult over the age of 18. Children 13-18 can ride without supervision. If you have one child under 13 and one child over 13, the one who is under 13 would have to have adult supervision.
No where did it say children under 13 have to have adult supervision unless they have an older sibling riding along.
At some point, you have to take responibility for following the rules and not rely on the computer to "flag" it. Read the description, follow the rules, and decide what is best for your family. There is no reason to be upset about it. When it comes to excursions, exceptions to the rules are not made. If they were, it would be a major liability.
