Paradise Pier Concierge Opinions

I was wondering if anyone has any opinions about Paradise Pier, especially concierge level? We are thinking of going the week of Thanksgiving using DVC points. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

... I was planning on staying at DPP Concierge myself so I had the link handy. DC quoted me $1480.00 for 4 nights (2 Adults, 2 beds) in October which was a little more than I was willing to pay considering we'd be visiting after two weeks at WDW and Universal.

In the end, I opted for 4 nights at the Grand Californian (DD view) for 2, 5-day park hoppers and the other resort magic extras for $1050 inc tax and resort fees. Better Hotel with tickets and extras at a lower cost. Booked 'Fall Getaway' package thru DC. very nice.
