Hey all, I've just been looking into a package with Dreams Unlimited for Paradise Pier. We have three adults coming, and the agent said that there is no guarantee that PP will have a daybed in every room, and that they don't offer rollaways. She did say that she's stayed there often and never gotten a room without a rollaway, so I was just wondering what your experiences with this have been? Has anyone gotten a room without a rollaway? If you put in a request for a room with a daybed, did you end up getting one? Thanks!

The hotels always say they cannot guarantee anything - either verbally or in fine print somewhere - just to cover their backs.

I've stayed at PPH many times over the years, and not one of those times did I get a room without a daybed! I think most of their rooms have sofa beds. Most of their rooms can accommodate up to 5 people. I usually get rooms (not by request - it's just what they give me) with 2 beds and then the daybed/sofa bed thing. It's not a rollaway. It's a sofa and you have to grab onto the back of it and pull it out to reveal the mattress.

PPH's sofas turn into beds. In my experience, if there's a sofa (and there will be), it'll be a sofabed.

On the page for PPH on disneyland.com, under Room Types, it states:

The following room amenities are available in all room types:

A twin day bed in the sitting room (except in rooms with disabled access)

Now...getting that sofabed to flip over into a bed, that's the tricky part...you aren't pulling it out, you're flipping it. Took me 3 separate stays to finally figure it out!
