I think the $99 is a bad deal. We have annual passes which cost around $59 and allow entry every night of the year EXCEPT New Year's Eve. So the thing is, in my opinion, New Year's Eve really offers very little extra that you can't get on other nights for far less money (around $25). Sure you get fireworks, sure you get champagne, sure you probably are given a funky hat, but is that worth $75?

Saturday nights are the best at PI. My suggestion would be to go to PI on the 29th....it will be packed....and spend your NYE at the theme park of your choice. Those will be packed as well (actually, beyond packed) but they'll have fireworks and funky hats too.

PS-On NYE Day you must get to your theme park early in the day or you won't get in; they all reach capacity. And if you leave, you won't get back in. So don't leave!

PI used to at least bring in a couple "name" 80s has-beens for NYE, but with the original outside stages gone, BobK is right, it really is just another night with a buffet and fireworks added.

The "pirate party" is new, sound interesting, but not $99 a person interesting.

Also agreed, if you have 8:00 ADRs at Raglan Road, the odds of making it back into any park that night are virtually nil.
