Paradise Cove @ Freeport?

Does anyone know anything about the small hotel called Paradise Cove at Deadman's Reef near Freeport. I'm looking for info on their snorkel excursion. It is not on the Disney list, but looks like a small, out of the way hotel/bar/snorkel area. I'm looking for an excursion that will accomadate DH, me, DS5, DS3 and I don't like big crowd where you feel like a herd of cattle. (raised on a farm so I do know a little about herding! )
