Parades @ Magic Kingdom

Hi,
This August we will be making our 5th visit to WDW and we have never managed to see a parade @ the MK.

I was wondering, this time we will be visiting on a Monday. We have ps for 7:15pm @ cinderellas table. Will there be a parade on a Monday? If so does anyone no time and best place to stand? Any other info would be good.

Spectro is usually on Tues. and Sat. nights I believe. That may just be in off-peak times, but I think it's usually those two nights anyway.
