Parades after 1/3

I agree that it is a big bummer that you will miss the parade, but I'm guessing that they don't actually have the new parade ready. It seems like the Main Street repaving is a perfect excuse to delay. Even if they weren't doing a new parade, I don't think they usually run a parade the first few days after the holiday season ends. They probably need time to redress the float vehicles. So that leaves about 10 days that Disney could run the parade (if they even have one ready to go) before the repaving is set to begin, and it probably just isn't worth it to bother. Waiting until March gives Disney time to finish any work on the physical aspects of the parade and allows them to delay hiring and paying parade performers.

That's true. Too bad they can't do the pixar parade in DL for the break. Sans bubbles, though I guess.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the latest buzz going around is that Soundsational won't premiere until May now. Yikes! Operations CM's are disappointed also because this means less available hours for a while. I'll keep you all updated if I hear more.
