We have adr's at Tonys Town Square during the evening parade.

any chance we can see it from the restaurant?

I think if they seat you outside, and from a few seats inside you can.

We were there during the afternoon parade, but sat inside, and I could see very little of the parade from where I was sitting

There isn't an outside dining area, but you may mean the Sunroom. There are a few tables located in the 'Sunroom' that you will be able to see some of the parade. That's if people aren't smished up against the windows.
