Parade times? Avoiding meal clashes.

I've just asked a question about booking restaurant which made me realise that IF i do need to pre-book then I have no idea what time to pre-book for. I've had a quick look at Disney's site but can't find any info about parade times etc. Anyone know what time they are likely to be on? We're there form the 19th Nov until the 22nd.

I guess Fantillusion will also be on when you go as it'll be Christmas season. Not sure what time it starts - 7/7.30pm?
