if you have used a FP+ for these, can you not book a 4th FP+ until the time has expired/you've used the FP+? So if Wishes was at 9pm, can I not book my 4th FP+ until after 9pm?

That's correct.

It's one of the main reasons why many people consider nighttime shows and parades to be bad choices for FP+
