I'm planning my trip to WDW from May 29-June 4 and am having trouble finding anything on parade and fireworks times. All I can find on the official WDW site is a reference to checking the "times guides" available in the parks. I'm a planner and would like to sync up my ADRs with some of these if possible. I'd also like to know if we can make any of these, given my 2 yr old's nap and bedtimes.

I know that the MK parade is at 3 pm. What about the fireworks?

Illuminations at Epcot is usually at 9 pm if I remember correctly.

How about AK and MGM? Can anyone tell me what parades/shows they offer and the times?

TIA,

Please help. I went to the site. I'm not sure how to read it. Example: July 16 shows EMH and when I check on the date specifically, it lists from 9-11 @ Magic Kingdom. Does it mea that 9-11 are regular hours, or the hours with EMH? How do you know whether to add an hour at opening, or three hours at closing?

Thanks for your help.

The hours on the calendar are for all guests. Add one hour earlier in the morning and 3 hours later in the evening for EMH times.

Another place to find all entertainment schedules is http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/ . This lists show times, parade times, character grettings and more. The only downside is it is only for the current week but the schedules don't change that much from week to week so will give you a good tool to plan with. HAVE FUN!! :cool1:

For EMH, click on the words "Extra Magic Hours" on the calendar.

>>> CLICK ON THE WORDS "Extra Magic Hours" <<<

(They are underlined).

That will pop you to a page with EVERY specific EMH listed for several months

Sorry to be such a pain!! :badpc: Just want to make sure I have this correct. For a park that is designated EHM you open one hour earlier AND three hours later at the same park for the same day? :confused3

Thanks,
Gerri

PS. They use to have a ticket for like $10.00 to do EMH, right?

No this is not correct. Go back to the calendar and then click on EMH hours and you will see that for each month it lists morning EMH hours and the dates and then below this evening EMH hours and the dates.

There is no extra charge for EMH now but the only way you can ride the attractions that are open is to be a Disney Resort Guests. If you are staying offsite you can still get into the park but they won't let you ride anything. In the evening you have to get a wristband to ride that are available for free to resort guests only at various locations in the park. :cool1:

No, different parks will be open for early EMHs than night EMH's

For example, if you go to MK on the 30th the hours are as follows.
Park open to all guests from 9AM-11PM with Morning Extra Magic hours, not evening.
Share a Dream Come True Parade is at 3:00PM
Spectromagic Parade is at 9:00PM and 11:00PM
Wishes is at 10:00PM

Hope this helps clear things up.

That was an "E-ride Night" and EMH is similar but much more crowded.

EMH is NOT NECESSARILY at the SAME PARK for morning AND evening ON THE SAME DAY.

(It COULD be, but not usually).

If you'll look at the link I gave you, (CLICK ON THE WORDS "Extra Magic Hours") it is very specific.

They give the park, and the dates, and whether its MORNING or EVENING (or both).

Sorry for the confusion. I have it figured out now. Again than you to all of you alls help!!!

Thank you all for responding to my post! I was going to the WDW calendars but wasn't clicking on the day (something I did last week, which is why I'd sworn I'd seen the info somewhere before). Good to know I'm not going crazy...yet~

Thank you clone, for the entertainment calendar link, too. I'll make sure to bookmark it and check it before we leave.

I'm getting excited! :yay:
