Paper Tickets?

I did a search for airfare on Travelosity and one of the search results came up with paper tickets. I didn't even know they still issued paper tickets. Of course, they are more expensive. When do they use paper tickets instead of e-tickets?

They only time I have seen a paper ticket in the last 5 years or so is when my flight on USAir was delayed and they moved me to Northwest. They gave me a paper ticket to take to the Northwest counter.
