Paper tickets from UT - question

Good morning!

We have 8.5x11 paper tickets I printed out from Undercover Tourist because they didn't offer the option of mailing a small, card sized ticket.

Is there any chance these can be converted to smaller tickets if I go to the customer service desk or do we just need to suck it up, fold it up & keep it dry?

I have it linked to my Universal app but since I haven't used that yet, I don't know how it works.

I can't even find them on the app - I'm only seeing our HHN tickets on the app.

Last I heard, you have to keep the paper sized ones. Haven't ever bought from them before, as we usually get the cheapest AP, so hopefully someone with experience will be by to answer you soon

I called UT and they said I can take them to the parks & exchange for wallet sized. Tried calling UO but can't get through on phone. Ah well, I'll figure it out when I get there.

Lots of people exchange them. If you are staying at an onsite hotel, they will do it right there. Otherwise just go to guest services.
