Not alone. We take our own, which is also faintly ridiculous.

Can I mention something even more ridiculous!!!:rolleyes2

: Our local supermarket here in the UK is currently selling plastic picnic sets very cheaply and I am actually considering bringing one with me across the Atlantic to avoid using the paper plates and bowls for breakfast??

Am I mad?!!!! :crazy2:

Why would you not just ask for some real ones when you check in? Housekeeping will be happy to bring them to you, as was mentioned here on the thread. I guess I wouldn't want to take up any room in my suitcase for something that is available free at the resort.

Would it really be required that the dishes be washed in a dishwasher? I know there is a note inside the cupboard of the studios that says the glasses and mugs have not been washed in anything other than standard water and dish soap. They leave this notice I'm assuming because they have not been washed in a dishwasher. Anyone know? Do they replace the glasses during the full cleaning? If so, why would they leave the note regarding how they had been washed? :confused3
