Paper Clips - which way?

Been watching Severance?

My first thought as well and the main reason I clicked the thread.

I have no idea which way I put them. I'll have to start paying attention.

Never really noticed, but I realize I haven't used paperclips in a loooooooooong time.

I once had a boss who sent out a memo about not using jumbo paper clips for just a few sheets of a paper and never to use the small/regular size if it was more than "x" number of pages. Didn't pertain to me since I already did it that way, but it sure ruffled some feathers around here. For the record, I put the small side in front -- no idea why, but I've always done it that way.

I had no clue until I posted this that so many people use paper clips backwards. Because obviously the large part goes in front.

I generally staple but if clipping, I think small in front. I try to not have many papers, I scan what I can.

My preference would be binder clips. Unfortunately, we don't have the mini one's at work, so paper clips it is .

The big side is to the front. If you've ever seen heart shaped paperclips, the small side is too the back.
