And a welcome season it is! DH made a pork shoulder on Sunday and it was great. He's been using the smoker a bit over the winter, but with warm days here it'll be most weekends now.
How about you? What's your first BBQ this season?
I did a pork shoulder last Tuesday, and will be doing a brisket this Friday.

So, I was out there in 45 degree windy weather making her chicken on the charcoal grill. I threw on some soaked mesquite at the begining and it turned out perfect! I should have took a photo of it because it looked so good! And it tasted even better.
Doesn't feel like "spring break" at all.
