PAP vs. AP

I was at the Disney Store tonight all set to buy four PAP's for our upcoming trip on 12/12 and on their pages in the little book where they scan them it does NOT say the PAP's include Disney Quest, pages were dated 1/1/03. The plastic voucher says Disney Quest, page was dated sometime in 2002.

I wasn't 100% sure and for almost 500.00 price tag difference I thought I better check and see for sure. Anyone know for sure 100%?

We are mainly getting the PAP's this year because the kids are a little older and hope to enjoy Disney Quest, perhaps Typhoon Lagoon our first day 12/13 then it goes into rehab and maybe Blizzard Beach later in the week IF weather cooperates. IF not we can catch next trip.
