PAP Renewal - Does this sound right?

I renewed my Preferred Annual Pass today by telephone with Universal. After paying, the person I spoke with told me that I am all set and to continue to use my current pass. Does that sound normal??? This is my first renewal with Universal.

that's correct.
you use the original ap


all they did was renew it when you paid for continuing it.

it's all set in the computer and will work when you next use it.

Make sure you print out the renewal. There have been a few reports of the renewal getting misplaced as weird as that sounds. My SIL's renewal was actually sent to willcall and not applied to his annual pass. A sharp guest services person was able to figure out what had happened.

I just mean the confirmation for the renewal.
 
i have never recieved any confirmations when i renewed my ap.
i have been doing the renewals since 2004.


i call and do mine over the phone.

i see the charge on my cc account though so i know it went through.
 
I bought my first Preferred Annual Pass in 2003 and still use the same plastic card I got then which has my photo on it. Always renewed over the phone and never got any type of mailing for confirmation of renewal. Never had a problem at the turnstiles or parking lot using it first time after renewal.

I didn't get anything. No email, no fax, no letter, nothing. Now I'm nervous!

Sorry. I meant if you renewed online. I didn't read the original post where it said you renewed by phone. When I renew online and I just print out the page where it confirms that the info went through. The problem that we had and that another poster wrote about occurred when we renewed online.

If there is any problem they can also look it up by your credit card number but I doubt if you will have any problem at all.
