I just went to check my ADR's for our trip on 9th-15th. All my ADR's are gone, including a lunch with the princesses at the castle on the 10th. I even put in the Confirmation Numbers and they came up as nothing. Is this a glitch in the system? Or did I lose my ADR's? :scared::scared1:

It has to be a glitch. I just went to pull mine up and it says, 'You currently do not have any dining reservations. Book a dining reservation now'. When I tried to enter a few by confirmation number it said they could not be found. Mine for Oct 9th-17th and also Dec 4th-12th are all missing. For the trip next week we're on the basic DDP, but for the Dec trip I'm on the DxDDP, so have alot of ADRs. They're all missing for both trips! I'll be calling this morning when they open, but am sure it has to be just a glitch in the system. It'd better be. I have mostly buffets booked for the trip next week (including alot of character meals), then for the Dec trip I have 8 Signature restaurants booked, plus 8 regular TS restaurants.

The number is the important thing...i've had mixed results pulling up the reservations in the past using the online system.

If you have the numbers, call WDW-Dine and have them look them up by number. I wouldn't stress too much.

I've had a problem finding ADRs on line before and just called the dining number and they were able to see them. I didnt even have the confo #s since we were moving and I lost my paperwork.

There has been many reports of this over the past week or two. I haven't noticed the time on all reports, but at least with yours it was very early in the morning. Wonky things happen to the reservations site in the wee hours.

It's good that they're showing up now, for those who aren't seeing them (and it's not pulling them up) there's a few things to try.

First, try different phone numbers. If you booked by phone they may have used a number that you originally booked with, or even an older number that you booked a past trip with.

Second, when Dining is open, give them a call. They have better search functions and can usually find those missing ones (usually it's a case of a bad phone number or a confirmation number written down wrong).

to be on the safe side. We were there 9/18/10 to 10/3/10. I booked all my reservations AT 180 DAYS on the phone and wrote down all my confirmation numbers. When we got to the resort, DH out of the blue suggested that I get a 2nd printout at the concierge desk just in case I misplaced my notes in the bottomless pit of my purse. So I did and you know what??? The person who booked our ressies did it for OCTOBER & NOVEMBER not for during our stay, September and October. Karen, a concierge from ASMu is an ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART, when she saw my face go pale and my body go limp, she assured me and reassured me--we were still able to get the CRT on the same day & time, but the other ressies were all outta whack. Long story short, Karen ended up having to get management involved and have ASMu management talk to the restaurant management to fit us in and the process took 2 days, which was fine b/c we were able to redo our schedule for a day at Sea World on 9/19 so they could work things out. When I asked Karen if this happens often, she said, "Well, let's just say I've never had to do this for online reservations."

Lesson learned.

Best to check just to be sure.

Okay, here's what I want to know. How could they book for 210 days out? You called at 180 days and they actually booked for 30 days LATER! I thought they could only pull things up 180 days + 10 or something like that? Does that strike anyone else as weird or is this just a known glitch in the system that I was unaware of?

I had the same problem. All my reservations have disappeared. MOST can be pulled up using the "retrieve a reservation" link but they don't stay found from visit to visit, even though they used to all be available under my login.

Sometimes reservations can't be retrieved using the link at one time (says call with an error message) and then if I log out, or even just go back later, the same reservation can be pulled up with same confirmation and phone number entered.

I'm club level and confirmed with the IPO office that they are all still there. I'm not worrying about it, but, yeah, it's weird. I can even make new reservations and they're still not saved like they were for the first few months I used the system.

YES!!! That struck me as really odd, too!!! :confused3 All the days, locations, times, etc. were exactly the same--just a month later. Karen was able to look it up by the confirmation number that I had written down in my notes.

We knew something was "up" when earlier that day, we had gone to the Biergarten for our traditional welcome to Disney meal (he was stationed in Germany & loves the Biergarten) and the ressies had us down for 3 adults and 1 child. Well, when we got to the hotel, DH was concerned that they were going to charge us for 3 adults at CRT which we had ressies for a couple days later and he wanted to make sure that everything was straightened out and that's when we--actually, Karen--found the error when we got the printouts and were reviewing the itinerary.
