This will be our first trip to WDW - we leave for Gatwick on 22nd Oct and I'm beginning to panic! I've checked out various packing lists, have sorted an itinerary (to be backed up with one from Simon Veness), have bought park tickets, am waiting for out tickets from TCD and I'm about to sort out traveller's cheques.

Is there anything essential that I'm forgetting? :confused

passports
plane tickets
maps
travellers cheques
park tickets
store them all together in your hand luggage

loose change for tolls if your driving
sun cream
and most of all relax!!
sorry cant think of anything else :earboy2:

YES!

It's a holiday you are forgetting to enjoy yourself! :sunny:

You don't need to treat it as a route march, if you have your tickets, your passports and your money, then everything else can be got there.

I totally agree! the first year I went we didn't have a 'plan' and didn't take a lot of notice of emh/quiet/busy days etc etc we still had a fantastic time!
but would also advise you to take
a photocopy of all backs of tickets, passport details etc
snacks for car journey/flight etc
tri band mobile or get a phone card when you get there
less clothes than you think
the comfiest shoes you'll ever wear!

hi kathleen

dollars dollars and more dollars!!!
trust me you will be able to buy anything youve forgotten out there are you driving or staying on site?
one thing I have thought of is buy your books magazines etc before you get to the airport as there is always a big queue at whsmiths and the books are quite pricey.

have fun
