It's a rare phenomenon, but it CAN happen. Find a mirror during your next PA.;)
 
I had panic attacks after menopause started, and found help at a self-help group called Recovery. We met weekly, and it helped talking with others who were going through the same thing. When you see how common it is to have anxiety, and that others have survived, it help you to cope. Recovery is a non-profit group, and there is no charge to attend, just a chance to donate a small amount ($1 or so if you can) to help cover the cost of copies of handouts and pamphlets.
