I'm on the organizational team for Ascendio, which is the next Harry Potter fan-run con in Orlando, taking place July 12 - 15 - we're the same group that put on Infinitus back in July of 2010, and Ascendio is going to be amazing, you can learn more on the website, yes we're having a private event in the park, our Portofino Bay rate for attendees is fantastic - but the main reason I'm posting here now is, our Formal Programming Submission deadline is in about two weeks, and while we've had a good range of submissions. nobody's proposed a presentation or offered to lead a round table about fan perspectives on the WWoHP.

(And yes, of course, we love submissions about any aspect of the Harry Potter books, films, fandom, cultural impact, etc. so do think about that too!)
