Hi there,

I would love some feedback on my AK strategies. I have a FP for Na'vi on a Wednesday and a FP for FOP on a Sunday. I sadly didn't get two FOP FP. Ideally, I'd like to ride both twice (or more) on my trip with minimal wait.

Here are my AK plans for the week:

Wednesday 10/11 AM
Arrive @ 7am (two hours prior to 9am open)
RD - FOP
*Should I do standby for Na'vi after FOP before using the FP to get in two rides or is the wait too long after getting off FOP standby?
9:15 FP - Na'vi FP
10:20 FP - EE FP
11:25 FP - Dino FP
11:45 - Lunch @ Satu'li

Friday 10/13 PM
6pm - Dinner @ Nomad Lounge and Tree of Life Awakenings
How is everyone's experience trying for FOP at the end of the night? AK is open until 9pm. Is it worth trying?

Sunday 10/15 AM/PM
Arrive @ 7am (two hours prior to 9am open)
RD - Na'vi *OR do I RD FOP, standby Na'vi and then FP FOP? How long is the wait typically for Na'vi standby if you RD FOP?
9 FP - FOP
10:20 FP - Dino
11:20 - EE
11:45 - Lunch @ Yak & Yeti
4:15pm - Dinner @ Tiffin's
8pm - Rivers of Light
Perhaps try to get in another ride at Pandora this night?

Thanks for any insight!! Two days until my trip!! Woohoo!!

I think 7 a.m. is a little early; 7:45 -8:00 should suffice.

Personally, I would do my 2nd FoP in the evening before closing on the 13th and wait until 10/15 to do the 2nd Na'vi at RD, if you still want to do it again after the first time. If you do it this way, you wouldn't even have to be at AK until about 8:30. You could probably fit a turn on Na'vi after dinner on the 13th as well which would make the 15th even easier.

I'm a little nuts with getting to the park early, but maybe 7am is extreme and 7:30-8am would be better. Yes, I'm thinking trying for a 2nd FOP in the evening on the 13th. I don't mind waiting 30-45 minutes for it, if it's that low at closing. I'm definitely going to RD Navi on 10/15, even if I don't do it after my RD FOP on 10/11 since that guarantees two rides on it. And as you said, if I can do Na'vi on the 13th too and that's enough for me, I can even skip it on the 15th allowing for a more leisurely morning on 10/15. THANK YOU!
