Pandora question

hi all,

I'm a little late to the game on all things Pandora related, so please excuse my ignorance - this might of been asked before, but I wasn't sure what words to put in the search facility to try and see?!

So to my question.... Will either of the rides have outdoor portions to them? The reason I ask, is that we particularly like to visit AK in the dark - for me it transforms when it's lit up - so most of our time there in August will be evening visits, and I'll be booking mainly evenin g fastpasses. But we will have one day where we will get there at opening, and I want to choose a Fastpass for one of the Pandora rides, but ideally what to choose the one that might have a different 'feel' during the daylight hours.

Am I right in thinking that the flight of passage will be similar to Soarin? (In which case, obviously day or night, the experience will be the same?) - if so, I'll probably opt for the river ride.

I hope this question makes sense - it did in my head!!

Both rides are indoor. Would still choose River Journey. It will probably be the more sought after FP. Flight of Passage has a higher capacity and a hieght restriction.

Flight one the FP went out faster for opening day then the river one, I tried to add my friend to my FP and there was a lot of river FP but not many flight FP

That's really helpful - thank you both for replying.

We will be visiting AK on four days, so I think I will opt for 2 FPs at each of the rides - we'll have the 60 day onsite advantage so hopefully there won't be too many problems securing those.
